Our Bistro is located in the Wilderness Spa area, the area is sheltered from the wind, undercover and seats 18 people. Our menu has many foraged elements, you may well find clover and dandelions in your salads as well as flowers and homemade dressings. We try to remain as seasonal as possible. Our menu is small, we prepare everything to order, our favorite dish to prepare is our signature dish Dandelion Pesto Tagliatelle & our Nettle Gnocchi.
